WORKSHOP RATES, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Workshop Fees
5 day workshop (Mon -Fri.): $450
4 day workshop (Mon.-Thurs.): $360

Some workshops require an additional fee for materials. This fee is not covered by the workshop fee
 and is payable to the instructor at the start of class.

Payment
A $250.00 deposit is required for each workshop and must accompany your registration form to ensure
class seating. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the start of the class.

Cancellations and Refunds
You must cancel up to 45* days prior to the start of the workshop to receive a refund. We will refund
all payments made at the time of cancellation minus a $50 service charge. There is absolutely no
refund for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the class start date. Regretfully, we cannot be
responsible for any refunds or credits due to illness, emergencies, leaving early or other events beyond our
control. However, you may transfer your paid spot to someone else.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. In the event a workshop is canceled, we will notify you as soon
as possible prior to the scheduled start date and you will receive a prompt refund or credit for all payments in full.
You will also receive our apologies and the opportunity to transfer to another class!

Please note: If you reserved lodging accommodations, you must cancel these arrangements as well.

*Workshop #1 cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to class.
