This class teaches design and color theory, archival framing, mat
cutting, mounting, hinging,
glass and assembling the framed piece. Learn creative framing
techniques such as painting
and stenciling on mats. Educate your customers on the importance of
proper framing and
put yourself above your competition. A discussion on fine art giclée
printing will also
be included.
Bring an 8x10 image for framing. Materials will be available at an
extra cost of $15.
Students will be cutting their own mats and assembling their framed
piece.
