“This is a workshop for both those who wish to learn or improve
painting the portrait.
I’ll emphasize blocking in shapes, composition, light and values, as
well as discuss
capturing subtle colors and flesh tones. We’ll be working from live
models, as I
will introduce personal techniques that will streamline the process
of working from life.
My teaching style is very much one on one, with an emphasis on the
specific needs
of each individual, making the workshop enjoyable.”
